- Discuss situational circumstances that can arise during childbirth and become clear on how you want to approach those possibilities.
- Go over the specifics of what you want your birthing environment to look, feel, and sound like.
- Talk about options for labor positions and natural pain management.
- Go into great detail about the ins and outs about labor, birth, and after birth options.
- Discuss what to expect in case of an unplanned c-section.
- Receive a beautiful "birth preferences" PDF that you can print out and give to your birth team.

Birth Doula

- I go on-call for you, and only you, from 38 weeks on
- Encourage birth partners to be hands on, build their confidence and get them involved
- Discuss labor goals and review your customized birth plan.
- 2 prenatal visits to practice comfort measures and more
- Labor Support as soon as you want it
- Will stay for entire labor and after baby is born (usually around 2 hours - give or take)
- 2 week postpartum visit, at your home, to emotionally process birth and check in
- One at home postpartum doula service for 2 hours (optional)
- *Also includes the following, but is not limited to: massage therapy, essential oil aromatherapy, mood lights, and non professional photography/videos with your phone during/after labor.
*In case of an emergency or conflict on my end, I have a back up doula (who will also be on call; she will be there, in the event that I cannot, to serve your labor so you are never alone.
